Terms and Conditions

1. The Advance Queensland Programs Calendar is updated on a regular basis. It is preferred that programs are submitted 3 weeks prior to the event date.
2. Content submitted to the Advance Queensland Programs Calendar undergo a filtering process; only relevant content will be published on the Advance Queensland website.
3. The Programs content must be submitted by the owner/organiser.
4. The program owner/organiser gives unrestricted permission for Advance Queensland staff to make contact via telephone or email if required.
5. Images submitted must be relevant to the program and in the dimensions 1200x630pm.
6. The program owner/organiser agrees that the content submitted through the form below will appear in the current approved Advance Queensland website layout.
7. Advance Queensland reserves the right to not publish material that is deemed inappropriate or does not meet the minimum requirements without notice.
8. Advance Queensland reserves the right to remove published contents without notice if necessary.
9. The program owner/organiser has read, understood and agrees to the above terms, and to the terms applying to this website and the Advance Queensland Programs Calendar (Copyright, Disclaimer, Privacy and Right to Information).
