Austrade: Export Market Development Grants (EMDG)

Austrade’s program helps Australian businesses grow their exports in international markets. These grants encourage small to medium enterprises (SMEs) to market and promote their goods and services globally. Grants are for eligible promotional activities and exporters can apply for grants over 8 years in total.

Boosting Female Founders Grant

Launch and scale your female-founded startup to domestic and global markets. The program will provide targeted support on a co-contribution basis to female founders of startups to scale into domestic and global markets. The program will also provide expert mentoring and advice.

Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) grants 

Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) Grants provide funding for medium to long-term, industry-led research collaborations to improve the competitiveness, productivity and sustainability of Australian industries. They are for collaborations between at least one Australian industry organisation and one Australian research organisation.

The Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) supports a range of research initiatives to improve the health of Australians. Financial assistance is available to support health and medical research and innovation.

Export Finance

Export Finance Australia provides finance for export trade and overseas infrastructure development. They support businesses, from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates, with working capital support, capital expenditure, online growth and international expansion.

MTPConnect also operates accelerator programs to support the development of cutting-edge medical technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical innovations.

Mining Equipment, Technology and Services Growth Centre (METS Ignited Accelerator Programs)

METS Ignited works with Australian suppliers to the mining industry, global miners, research organisations and capital providers to maintain and improve the global competitiveness and productivity of the Australian METS sector.
