Queensland innovators looking to further ignite their early-stage new product or service to life are invited to apply and be part of the Queensland Government’s $8 million Ignite Ideas super round.
Opening on 1 September 2023, applicants can apply for up to $200,000 through Ignite Ideas or up to $75,000 through Ignite Spark.
Built on the back of the highly successful Ignite Ideas, the newly created Ignite Spark has been designed to support innovative small businesses looking to fast-track their prototypes toward local and global markets.
Since 2016, more than 425 Queensland innovators have had their products taken to the world stage through Ignite Ideas and Ignite Spark is set to grow this number by supporting those side-hustlers and problem solvers who are at an earlier stage in development of a new product or service.
Successful applicants to these programs will also be able to access business development support through the Ignite+ program, which focuses on improving skills across sales and marketing, customer acquisition and competitor analysis.
