The Precinct, located in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, is Queensland’s leading start-up hub, bringing together Queensland’s start-ups, scaleups, incubators and investors under the one roof.
The Precinct sits at the heart of Queensland’s innovation ecosystem and offers:
- secure, leasable offices for emerging entrepreneurs and startups, starting from 20m2
- unique event spaces
- ample meeting spaces
- startup accelerator and incubator programs
- regular networking and business upskilling events
- a Regional Landing Pad providing complementary, short-term ‘soft landing’ space for regional, interstate and international entrepreneurs
- a dedicated Precinct community manager, workplace manager and concierge desk
- modern common areas, including kitchen and end of trip facilities.
The Precinct is part of the Queensland Government’s Advance Queensland initiative.
