Submit an event

Terms and Conditions

1. The Advance Queensland Events Calendar is updated on a regular basis. It is preferred that events are submitted 3 weeks prior to the event date.
2. Contents submitted to the Advance Queensland Events Calendar undergo a filtering process; only relevant content will be published on the Advance Queensland website.
3. Event content must be submitted by the event owner/organiser.
4. The event owner/organiser gives unrestricted permission for Advance Queensland staff to make contact via telephone or email if required.
5. Images submitted must be relevant to the event and in the dimensions 1200x630pm.
6. The event owner/organiser agrees that the content submitted through the form below will appear in the current approved Advance Queensland website layout.
7. Advance Queensland reserves the right to not publish material that is deemed inappropriate or does not meet the minimum requirements without notice.
8. Advance Queensland reserves the right to remove published contents without notice if necessary.
9. The event owner/organiser has read, understood and agrees to the above terms, and to the terms applying to this website and the Advance Queensland Events Calendar (Copyright, Disclaimer, Privacy and Right to Information).
