The State of Innovation project aims to sustainably provide an objective and up-to-date picture of innovation in Queensland and understand the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship on the economy.
A key aspect of the second phase (2022-2024) was undertaking collaborative research with:
- The Australian Institute of Business and Economics (AIBE) of University of Queensland to generate multi-jurisdictional insights about High-Growth SMEs and the STEM-qualified workforce.
- The Business School at Bond University to generate multi-jurisdictional insights about Queensland innovation-active firms between 2011 and 2021.
A series of Insights Notes have been produced providing a concise snapshot of key insights from these projects:
