Queensland Female Founder Molly Dunkle finds Authentic business alternatives during COVID-19

Tue, 23/06/2020 - 15:00

Female Founders recipient, Dunkle Authentic is one Queensland business refusing to let the COVID-19 pandemic get in the way of their business operations.

This female-led business which specialises in Australian made, small batch cosmetics, has instead grasped the opportunities the crisis has presented and adjusted their business model to respond to the disruptions to their supply chains.

Responding to the impact COVID-19 has had on her business, Dunkle Authentic Founder, Molly Dunkle decided to join the Female Founders Impact Mentor Match program.

This program has provided invaluable mentoring support, helping Dunkle Authentic work through the current challenges including, how to source new Australian suppliers to fulfil their cosmetic production and orders.

As a result, the business is now working with several new Australian agricultural and farming producers to trial samples and new products. By increasing their local product sourcing, the business has become less exposed to economic issues which will ensure better support to meet customer orders and expectations.

Find out how we can support your Female Founders journey.
