Demonstrating your success with the Digital Marketing Hourglass

To create meaningful interactions you need to understand how your customers explore, consider and experience your brand.

This seminar will help you understand how you can use the digital hourglass to build better and more relevant content across the complex customer journey.

Key academic and Digital Architect, Dr Timo Dietrich, Deputy Director (Engagement) at Social Marketing @ Griffith will provide insights on how the digital marketing hourglass assists with demonstrating your success.  This combined with a case study provided presented by Joshua Lewis, Director of Dorks Delivered Managed IT Services will assist in shaping your digital marketing strategy for the future.
