Spark Female Founders Program

Supporting female founders with mentoring, training and sales and marketing strategies to grow their brand and scale their business

The Spark Female Founders program is a 12-month program delivered through Scrunch providing female-led startups with access to business support, first-rate mentors, training and sales and marketing strategies to grow their brand and scale their business.

Advance Queensland is supporting a cohort of 25 female founded startups to participate in the Spark program which is tailored to focus on revenue growth, marketing and confidence.

Mentoring is an important aspect of this program and participants will receive specialised training and group mentoring by the Scrunch team of experts.

The program is delivered through group coaching and includes:

  • monthly group sales and marketing training and bespoke topics relevant to the cohort to be delivered over an eight-month period (either in person or online)
  • a community component implemented in the final four months where the cohort connect to support each other and form an alumni network
  • audience analytics to inform future strategic marketing plans
  • access to the Scrunch platform for 12 months – including customer relationship management, access to 20 million influencers globally, functionality for recording customer/sales data, and campaign teams functionality.

Each participating female founder and/or startup is required to make a $500 co-contribution to participate in the 12-month program. Advance Queensland will then offset the balance of the cost of approximately $4200 per female founder/startup to participate in the program.

Applications will open on 1 October 2020 – register your interest now.
