The Deadly Digits program aims to help Queensland’s Indigenous business sector get ahead, grow and be successful.
As part of the Deadly Innovation Strategy, the Queensland Government has partnered with Reckon to launch the Deadly Digits platform – an accounting software and support resource hub for Indigenous businesses.
Advance Queensland will support 1000 Indigenous businesses with a Deadly Digits Essentials licence, giving them free access to the online training and support services for three months.
The Deadly Digits online accounting software is affordable, secure, simple to use and suitable for every type of Indigenous business. Deadly Digits can assist your Indigenous business to:
Monitor day-to-day income and cash flow: keep track of the money coming in and out of your business with real-time reporting and a customisable dashboard. Track and manage GST with ease.
Manage employees and pay runs with ease: payroll software that helps you manage wages, leave, superannuation, payslips and Single Touch Payroll for unlimited employees. Keep your employees happy and make compliance easy.
Get paid faster with unlimited online invoicing: make it easy for your customers to pay you by sending professional invoices that include a ‘Pay now’ button. Time saving features like recurring invoices and payment reminders shrink your to-do list.
Keep track of your expenses and approve claims: track and manage employee expenses and attach receipts to claims for approval. Mark expenses as billable and pass the charges onto your clients – so you are never out-of-pocket.
Reckon will provide ongoing discounted rates for Indigenous businesses that participate in the online training program:
- 50 percent for the following 9 months
- 40 percent for the next 12 months
- 25 percent for the next 12 months.
This provides savings of up to $500 on the software over this period.
