Industry Accelerator Program

Offers programs to help high growth small and medium sized enterprises and potential startups fast track ideas from concept to commercialisation, positioning participants to successfully market their products and services to leading edge customers.

What's important

  • Funding available for industry focussed accelerators.
  • Eligibility criteria apply.
  • Funding recipients have been announced to undertake programs to help established industries and businesses accelerate innovation.

About the program

The Industry Accelerator Program pairs potential startups and SME’s with accelerators offering relevant industry partners and capacity to successfully deliver an industry-focused program in Queensland. They will tap into local talent to fast track their ideas into commercially viable products, services and business models—from concept to commercialisation.

Each accelerator will focus on growing connections, investment and achieving scale within a specific industry sector, including mining and resources, food production, infrastructure and creative industries.

Talent selected to participate in an accelerator will undergo an intensive 3 month program, receiving mentoring and advice to speed up development of their product, service or business model. They will have access to industry leaders, investors and other specialised advisors to help them compete and gain market share.
