About #WaterStartup17

From source to treatment, your water travels through a vast network of pipes and infrastructure. These systems are becoming smarter and producing more data than ever through automation, predictive technology, and IoT (internet of things) devices. Customers also have access to more information than ever, allowing them to make better decisions on how they use water.

How can we best take advantage of these changes? What else could we do with the data to make customer’s lives better, aligning with our purpose of enriching quality of life? Are there new ways to visualise regional water systems? What tools can we put in the hands of businesses and home residents? Is there new technology, platforms, or applications we can introduce that would make it easier for customers? How can our water systems help make people in our cities more livable, connected, and enabled?

Join us at Fire Station 101 this October for a unique opportunity as Queensland Urban Utilities offers technologies and data to hack a solution and possibly even start a new business.
