Application for the MIT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp is by a competitive process open to any individual or team, with candidate selection made by MIT Bootcamps.
Advance Queensland and QUT offer 3 full scholarships to Queenslanders attending the bootcamp, including one specifically for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander participant.
The 2018 scholarship recipients are Murray Saylor, Suhyun Kweon and Max Wasley.
The 2019 scholarship recipients are Emma Robinson, Melody Dobrinin, Jackson Grant and Michael Frangos.

The one week MIT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp includes lectures led by senior MIT lecturers focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship. The MIT Bootcamp will bring innovators from across the globe to focus on technology-enabled innovation in Queensland.
